Amazon FPS provides SDK libraries in Java, C#, and PHP. The libraries simplify the act of sending REST requests. For example, they take care of calculating and including signature values in requests and help parse responses and errors.
For the location of the SDKs, go to Getting an Amazon FPS SDK in the Amazon Flexible Payments Service Getting Started Guide. The ReadMe file in each SDK gives instructions for setting up the SDK and using it.
