Getting Started Guide (Version 1.0)

Supported Resources

You can add tags to your AWS resources by using either the AWS Management Console or the Resource Groups Tagging API.

Note

Currently, the Resource Groups Tagging API supports a larger set of services and resources than the AWS Management Console supports. This means that you can apply tags to more services and resources if you use the Resource Groups Tagging API instead of the AWS Management Console.
