ModifyInstanceCapacityReservationAttributes
Modifies the Capacity Reservation settings for a stopped instance. Use this action to configure an
instance to target a specific Capacity Reservation, run in any open Capacity Reservation with matching
attributes, or run On-Demand Instance capacity.
