Overview
When passing CreateTrafficPolicyInstanceRequest as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

hosted_zone_id: "ResourceId", # required

traffic_policy_version: 1, # required

A complex type that contains information about the resource record sets that you want to create based on a specified traffic policy.
