Creates a partnership between a customer and a trading partner, based on the supplied parameters. A partnership represents the connection between you and your trading partner. It ties together a profile and one or more trading capabilities.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreatePartnership and EndCreatePartnership.
