If you're using an unmanaged compute environment, you can use the DescribeComputeEnvironment
operation to determine the ecsClusterArn
that you launch your Amazon ECS container
instances into.
For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to DescribeComputeEnvironmentsAsync.
