Updates a specified pipeline with edits or changes to its structure. Use a JSON file
with the pipeline structure and UpdatePipeline
to provide the full structure
of the pipeline. Updating the pipeline increases the version number of the pipeline
by 1.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdatePipeline and EndUpdatePipeline.
