Container for the parameters to the DescribeEventSubscriptions operation.
Lists all the event subscriptions for a customer account. The description of a subscription
includes SubscriptionName, SNSTopicARN, CustomerID, SourceType,
SourceID, CreationTime, and Status.
If you specify SubscriptionName, this action lists the description for that
subscription.
