Provisions a private virtual interface to be owned by the specified Amazon Web Services account.
Virtual interfaces created using this action must be confirmed by the owner using
ConfirmPrivateVirtualInterface. Until then, the virtual interface is in the
Confirming
state and is not available to handle traffic.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginAllocatePrivateVirtualInterface and EndAllocatePrivateVirtualInterface.
