Retrieves information about the type of client authentication for the specified directory,
if the type is specified. If no type is specified, information about all client authentication
types that are supported for the specified directory is retrieved. Currently, only
SmartCard
is supported.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeClientAuthenticationSettings and EndDescribeClientAuthenticationSettings.
