Enables fast snapshot restores for the specified snapshots in the specified Availability Zones.
You get the full benefit of fast snapshot restores after they enter the enabled
state. To get the current state of fast snapshot restores, use DescribeFastSnapshotRestores.
To disable fast snapshot restores, use DisableFastSnapshotRestores.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginEnableFastSnapshotRestores and EndEnableFastSnapshotRestores.
