Deletes the rule. You cannot delete a rule if it is used by an ACTIVE
or INACTIVE
detector version.
When you delete a rule, Amazon Fraud Detector permanently deletes that rule and the data is no longer stored in Amazon Fraud Detector.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteRule and EndDeleteRule.
