Updates the detector version’s status. You can perform the following promotions or
demotions using UpdateDetectorVersionStatus: DRAFT to ACTIVE,
ACTIVE to INACTIVE, and INACTIVE to ACTIVE.
For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to UpdateDetectorVersionStatusAsync.
