Lists the consumers registered to receive data from a stream using enhanced fan-out, and provides information about each consumer.
This operation has a limit of 5 transactions per second per stream.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginListStreamConsumers and EndListStreamConsumers.
