Updates the specified attribute for a load balancer. You can only update one attribute at a time.
The update load balancer attribute operation supports tag-based access control
via resource tags applied to the resource identified by load balancer name.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateLoadBalancerAttribute and EndUpdateLoadBalancerAttribute.
