Creates a batch segment job. The operation can handle up to 50 million records and the input file must be in JSON format. For more information, see Getting batch recommendations and user segments.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateBatchSegmentJob and EndCreateBatchSegmentJob.
