Deletes a recommendation template. This is a destructive action that can't be undone.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteRecommendationTemplate and EndDeleteRecommendationTemplate.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.ResilienceHub.Model.DeleteRecommendationTemplateRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the DeleteRecommendationTemplate service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the DeleteRecommendationTemplate service method, as returned by ResilienceHub.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
AccessDeniedException You don't have permissions to perform the requested operation. The user or role that is making the request must have at least one IAM permissions policy attached that grants the required permissions.
InternalServerException This exception occurs when there is an internal failure in the Resilience Hub service.
ResourceNotFoundException This exception occurs when the specified resource could not be found.
ThrottlingException This exception occurs when you have exceeded the limit on the number of requests per second.
ValidationException This exception occurs when a request is not valid.
