This operation adds or updates tags for a specified domain.
All tag operations are eventually consistent; subsequent operations may not immediately represent all issued operations.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateTagsForDomain and EndUpdateTagsForDomain.
public virtual Task<UpdateTagsForDomainResponse> UpdateTagsForDomainAsync( String domainName, List<Tag> tagsToUpdate, CancellationToken cancellationToken )
The domain for which you want to add or update tags.
A list of the tag keys and values that you want to add or update. If you specify a key that already exists, the corresponding value will be replaced.
A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.
|InvalidInputException||The requested item is not acceptable. For example, for an OperationId it may refer to the ID of an operation that is already completed. For a domain name, it may not be a valid domain name or belong to the requester account.|
|OperationLimitExceededException||The number of operations or jobs running exceeded the allowed threshold for the account.|
|UnsupportedTLDException||Amazon Route 53 does not support this top-level domain.|
