Updates the operational state of function package.
A function package is a .zip file in CSAR (Cloud Service Archive) format that contains a network function (an ETSI standard telecommunication application) and function package descriptor that uses the TOSCA standard to describe how the network functions should run on your network.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateSolFunctionPackage and EndUpdateSolFunctionPackage.
