Uploads the contents of a network package.
A network package is a .zip file in CSAR (Cloud Service Archive) format defines the function packages you want to deploy and the Amazon Web Services infrastructure you want to deploy them on.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPutSolNetworkPackageContent and EndPutSolNetworkPackageContent.
