Deletes a replication configuration. Deleting a replication configuration ends the
replication process. After a replication configuration is deleted, the destination
file system becomes Writeable and its replication overwrite protection is re-enabled.

This operation requires permissions for the elasticfilesystem:DeleteReplicationConfiguration
action.
