You cannot stop a WorkSpace pool unless it has a running mode of AutoStop and
a state of AVAILABLE, IMPAIRED, UNHEALTHY, or ERROR.
For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to StopWorkspacesPoolAsync.
