Note:

When passing ResetInstanceAttributeRequest as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

#attributeString

The attribute to reset.

You can only reset the following attributes: kernel | ramdisk | sourceDestCheck. To change an instance attribute, use ModifyInstanceAttribute.

Possible values:

  • instanceInitiatedShutdownBehavior
  • rootDeviceName
  • blockDeviceMapping
  • productCodes
  • sourceDestCheck

Returns:

  • (String)

    The attribute to reset.

#dry_runBoolean

Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation.

    Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response.
