Create an Appointment

You can create an appointment and set a reminder that automatically reminds you before the appointment's start date and time.

To create an appointment

  1. In the Amazon WorkMail web application, on the shortcut bar, choose the calendar icon.

  2. On the menu bar, choose New appointment.

  3. For Subject, enter a subject for the appointment.

  4. For Start and End, specify the start and end times for the appointment.

  5. (optional) For Location, specify a location.

  6. Specify a start and end time for the appointment.

  7. (optional) For Reminder, set a reminder.

  8. Choose Save and close.

    Tip

    You can also create an appointment by double-clicking in the calendar.
