Updates the status of a model version.
You can perform the following status updates:
Change the TRAINING_IN_PROGRESS status to TRAINING_CANCELLED.

Change the TRAINING_COMPLETE status to ACTIVE.
TRAINING_COMPLETE
ACTIVE
Change ACTIVE to INACTIVE.
