Auto Scaling SOAP API

We have deprecated the SOAP API for Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling. As of December 4, 2017, if you make a SOAP request, you will receive the following response:

Client.InvalidQueryParameter: SOAP is no longer supported

We recommend that you use the Query API for Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling, the AWS CLI, or one of the AWS SDKs. For more information, see Work with Auto Scaling groups in the Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling User Guide.
