Enabling IAM Identity Center

Before you start to use AWS Supply Chain, you must connect to an identity source. For more information, see Getting started with IAM in the IAM User Guide.

Adding users in IAM Identity Center

You can manage users for AWS Supply Chain using the IAM Identity Center service. IAM Identity Center is a cloud-based IAM Identity Center service that makes it convenient to manage IAM Identity Center access to all of your AWS accounts and cloud applications centrally. To add IAM users, see Creating an IAM user in your AWS account in the IAM User Guide.

Note

To add an user to AWS Supply Chain, users must be part of an IAM Identity Center group.
