 ** idleResourceAssignmentStrategy **   <a name="Batch-Type-QuotaSharePolicy-idleResourceAssignmentStrategy"></a>
The strategy that determines how idle resources are assigned to quota shares that are borrowing capacity. Currently, only `FIFO` is supported.  
Type: String  
Valid Values: `FIFO`   
Required: Yes
