Amazon Titan Text Premier : This model is currently only supported in us-east-1 (IAD).

Anthropic Claude 3 Haiku : This model is in preview. To request to be considered for access to the preview of fine-tuning Anthropic's Claude 3 Haiku in Amazon Bedrock, contact your AWS account team or submit a support ticket via the AWS Management Console. To create a support ticket in the AWS Management Console, for the Service, select Bedrock and for Category, select Model. Regions supported during the preview are subject to change.
