## Properties

- `maximumSubChannels`: number (required) — The maximum number of SubChannels allowed in the elastic channel.

- `minimumMembershipPercentage`: number (required) — The minimum allowed percentage of TargetMembershipsPerSubChannel users, used to balance members across SubChannels.

- `targetMembershipsPerSubChannel`: number (required) — The maximum number of members allowed in a SubChannel.
