Concurrent Plan Editing
Since multiple planners can work on the same plan simultaneously, coordination is essential to avoid conflicts:
-
Establish team protocols where each planner is responsible for specific product segments.
-
Watch for the blue "Plan is being updated" banner, which appears across all users when any planner is making changes.
-
Wait for the green "Forecast is updated" banner before starting your own edits.
-
Coordinate editing schedules with your team to avoid conflicts.
-
Establish a team communication practice where planners announce significant changes in a shared channel.
