Action block - Amazon Connect Customer

Action block

The Action block defines what your test should do in response to observed events. These actions simulate customer behavior, control test execution, and modify system behaviors to create comprehensive test scenarios.

Think of Action blocks as the "doing" part of your test—they make things happen, whether that's simulating a customer pressing buttons, overriding how system components behave, or controlling the test flow itself.
