SOCI Index DLAMI

The following DLAMIs include a pre-installed SOCI (Seekable OCI) snapshotter for container image lazy loading and parallel pull. SOCI is not a separate DLAMI series; it is a snapshotter package that is installed on the DLAMIs listed below. Use nerdctl --snapshotter soci to pull Deep Learning Container images with the -soci tag suffix for faster container startup.
