$toUpper
The $toUpper operator in Amazon DocumentDB is used to convert a string to uppercase.

The following example demonstrates the usage of the $toUpper operator to convert the Desk field to uppercase.
Create sample documents
db.locations.insertMany([
{ "_id": 1, "Desk": "düsseldorf-bvv-021" },

]);
Query example
db.locations.aggregate([
{ $project: { item: { $toUpper: "$Desk" } } }
]);
Output
