GetAssetFilter
Gets an asset filter.
Prerequisites:

Domain (
--domain-identifier
), asset (--asset-identifier
), and filter (--identifier
) must all exist. -
The asset filter should not have been deleted.

The asset must still exist (since the filter is linked to it).
