Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.

The ID of the topic. This ID is unique per AWS Region for each AWS account.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `^[A-Za-z0-9-_.\\+]*$`
