Removes one or more tags from the specified pipes.

The ARN of the pipe.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 1600.

The list of tag keys to remove from the pipe.
Array Members: Minimum number of 0 items. Maximum number of 50 items.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.
