Deletes a user by email id.

The request uses the following URI parameters.
- applicationId

The identifier of the application from which the user is being deleted.
Length Constraints: Fixed length of 36.

The user email being deleted.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 2048.
