  • Amazon GameLiftMetrics are now supported in Amazon CloudWatch. This includes the ability to work with aggregated metrics for a group of fleets.

  • Set a Queue policy that limits the latency allowed for individual players.

  • New data type PlayerLatencyPolicy used with CreateGameSessionQueue and UpdateGameSessionQueue.

  • New data type PlacedPlayerSession describes a player session that was created while fulfilling a game session placement request.

  • Revised data type GameSessionPlacement now includes these properties after a game session placement request has been fulfilled: GameSessionId, IpAddress, Port, and PlacedPlayerSessions.

  • CreateGameSession has a new parameter, IdempotencyToken, to replace GameSessionId.

  • GameSessionQueue has a new unique identifier, GameSessionQueueArn, with region and game session ID.
