GetResourcePolicy

Retrieves a specified resource policy.

Request Syntax

Request Parameters

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

ResourceArn

The ARN of the AWS Glue resource for which to retrieve the resource policy. If not supplied, the Data Catalog resource policy is returned. Use GetResourcePolicies to view all existing resource policies. For more information see Specifying AWS Glue Resource ARNs.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 10240.

Pattern: arn:(aws|aws-us-gov|aws-cn):glue:.*

Response Syntax

Response Elements

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.

The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.

CreateTime

The date and time at which the policy was created.

Type: Timestamp

PolicyHash

Contains the hash value associated with this policy.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 255.

Pattern: [\u0020-\uD7FF\uE000-\uFFFD\uD800\uDC00-\uDBFF\uDFFF\t]*

PolicyInJson

Contains the requested policy document, in JSON format.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 2.

UpdateTime

The date and time at which the policy was last updated.

Type: Timestamp

A specified entity does not exist

InternalServiceException

An internal service error occurred.

InvalidInputException

The input provided was not valid.
