Sets the schedule state of the specified crawler to
NOT_SCHEDULED
, but does not stop the crawler if it is
already running.

Type: String
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 255.

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
