BatchDeleteReadSet

Deletes one or more read sets.

Request Syntax

POST /sequencestore/sequenceStoreId/readset/batch/delete HTTP/1.1 Content-type: application/json { "ids": [ "string" ] }

URI Request Parameters

The request uses the following URI parameters.

sequenceStoreId

The read sets' sequence store ID.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 10. Maximum length of 36.

Pattern: [0-9]+

Required: Yes

Request Body

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

ids

The read sets' IDs.

Type: Array of strings

Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 100 items.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 10. Maximum length of 36.

Pattern: [0-9]+

Required: Yes
