Gave the Fleet Intelligence agents their own page in Tier 2 Autonomous Agents, after the loyalty flywheel, and updated them: five agents (cost, recall and warranty, fleet health, rebalancing, and fleet quality) with their schedules, ADP inputs, model tools and what each one decides; the shared run shape with Bedrock Guardrails and a rules fallback; the eight executors, including the ADP digital-thread executor; guardrail G5 for engineering decisions; auto-approval for vehicle moves; and the path from an engineering decision to a recall. Added architecture diagrams for Tier 2 autonomous agents, agent data grounding and contact center escalation. Updated Contact Center Integration to the driver-confirmed handoff: the tenant’s chat and callback queues, the P0 checks before a roadside request or callback, the P0 callback, and the context the tier-2 agent receives in the chat. |

Reorganized the guide. Building on CMS and ADP now follows the architecture overview. Agentic Architecture covers the two-tier design and the Tier 1 conversational layer, and the new Tier 2 Autonomous Agents chapter brings together the Tier 2 platform, the four flywheel agents, the Finding and Action contracts, executors, the Actions framework, card delivery, the delivery broker and one Deterministic Seams and Guards section. Personas and Tenancy, Knowledge and Grounding and Contact Center Integration follow the agent chapters. The iOS screenshots moved into The Companion App, and the Consumer Acquisition Screens chapter, whose web screenshots showed the CMS fleet portal, was removed. Security now follows Plan Your Deployment. |

Added The Companion App chapter documenting the native iOS client: application architecture and tenant-driven presentation, voice session transport and authentication, the bidirectional wire protocol, the capture and playback audio formats and why they differ, the session state machine and its keep-alives, the Finding and Action surfaces, remote commands and their asynchronous acknowledgement model, the Acquire journey including the configurator step sequence and kiosk mode, client-side triage timing, and the instrumentation and logging rules for the voice path. The client previously appeared only as passing references across the agentic-architecture, customer-journey and troubleshooting chapters. |

Renamed to Guidance for Agentic Vehicle Experience on AWS (formerly Connected Vehicle Experience). Documents the two-tier agentic architecture: Tier 1 conversational agents (Nova 2 Sonic voice, text, iOS cards) paired with Tier 2 autonomous agents. Adds the AVX agent pattern chapter (Finding contract, Action contract, executor dispatch), the deployed Tier 2 platform-health agent (battery / tire / brake), cross-surface Actions with six executors and the delivery broker, iOS card feed and consent-gated APNs push, standing-claims identity model, and the stubbed roadside-assistance dispatcher. Staging is the sole shipped environment; a second environment is left to the operator as a customization. Anchor |
