DeleteCidrCollection
Deletes a CIDR collection in the current AWS account. The collection must be empty before it can be deleted.
Request Syntax
DELETE /2013-04-01/cidrcollection/CidrCollectionId

The request uses the following URI parameters.
- CidrCollectionId

The UUID of the collection to delete.
Pattern:
[0-9a-f]{8}-(?:[0-9a-f]{4}-){3}[0-9a-f]{12}
Required: Yes

The request does not have a request body.
Response Syntax

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.

The CIDR collection you specified, doesn't exist.
