Removes the association between one or more provided tags and a notification rule.

The request uses the following URI parameters.
- resourceArn

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the notification rule from which to remove the tags.

The key names of the tags to remove.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.
