DeleteProvisioningTemplateVersion
Deletes a provisioning template version.
Requires permission to access the DeleteProvisioningTemplateVersion action.

DELETE /provisioning-templates/templateName/versions/versionId HTTP/1.1

The request uses the following URI parameters.
- templateName

The name of the provisioning template version to delete.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 36.

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
