Playback-key-pair name. The value does not need to be unique.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `[a-zA-Z0-9-_]*`

Tags attached to the resource. Array of 1-50 maps, each of the form `string:string (key:value)`.
