Prerequisites for developing third-party applications for Connect Customer agent workspace
To develop and test an application for use in Connect Customer agent workspace, you must have the following:

An Connect Customer instance

An IAM user that has the proper permissions for creating an application and associating it with the instance. For more information on the required user permissions, see the IAM role required for creating applications in Connect Customer agent workspace

An Connect Customer user in that instance that has permissions to update security profiles
