**To delete a workgroup**  
The following `delete-work-group` example deletes the `TeamB` workgroup.  

```
aws athena delete-work-group \
    --work-group {{TeamB}}
```
This command produces no output. To confirm the deletion, use `aws athena list-work-groups`.
