AWS SDK を使用した Amazon SNS トピックへの SMS メッセージの発行

次のコードの例は以下の方法を示しています。

• Amazon SNS トピックを作成します。

• 携帯電話番号をトピックにサブスクライブする。

• SMS メッセージをトピックに発行して、登録されているすべての電話番号がメッセージを一度に受信できるようにします。
